About Me

My name is Heather Ravenhall, I'm 44 with 2 children, aged 13 and 15. I'm Ofsted registered and my business is called Little Ravens.
I've been a Primary School Teacher for 15 years, moving down to North Devon from Birmingham, now relocated to South Devon, Bovey Tracey in 2021, following my passion of working outdoors in a beautiful area.
I have a Master's Degree in Outdoor Education as this is a real passion of mine, so I am keen to take children into the woodland behind my house and enjoy nature.
I love helping others and have a keen interest in Arts and Crafts, so they will enjoy doing lots of varied tasks. I love the outdoors and we are lucky to live near the park, forests and other areas of outdoor fun!
I specialise in EYFS and KS1.

My Experience

I've been teaching for 15 years, 9 years experience in Reception, 2 in year 1, 2 in year 2 and 2 years with 1 to 1 Reading Recovery specialism.
Childminding for 7 years, my last Ofsted report July 2022, was 'Good' with elements of Outstanding in Beliefs and Attitudes.
