Hi, I'm Lisa and I'm a qualified Ofsted registered co - childminder from Nailsea.
I am a kind and outgoing Early Year Educator with 10 years of experience in childcare and have two available spaces.
We provide a homely, safe environment with lots of learning opportunities and engagement with other children.
The setting has a lovely cockapoo family member called Skye
Day to day in the setting would include activities such as walking to local children play groups, going to the parks, soft plays, library and different day trips suitable for the children! We plan to do lots of messy play and arts and crafts too!
My Experience
• Was a trained gymnastic coach teaching children gymnastics and running classes weekly 2015
•Been a Nanny with families both part time and full time for children between the ages of 6 months to 11 years and their siblings.
• Experience working in a private pre-school Nursery and a larger local Nursery for several years. 2016-2018
• Have been employed with a Ofsted registered childminder as an assistant for a year in 2017.
• Experience with children from 6 months to 11 years old
• Have worked with children with additional needs such as Autism and Speech & Language Delay

• CertHE in Early Childhood/Level 4
• NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)

• NCFE CACHE Level 2 Award in Employment Responsibilities and Rights in Health, Social Care and Children and Young People's Settings
• Enhanced DBS checked
• Level 2 Food Safety Catering Certificate

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
my hourly rate is £8per hour for non funded childcare. I accept funded childcare hours term time only and we don't share funding with other settings.
£10 a day voluntary contribution
Parents will need to provide a healthy balanced packed lunch, nappies wipes and changes of clothes.

Lisa did an exceptional job looking after our daughter, 3 days a week for almost a year from when she was 10 months old. Lisa's dedication and reliability have been a great source of comfort for our family. She’s always been punctual and consistently went above and beyond to ensure her well-being and happiness.
Lisa's genuine care and affection for our daughter were evident in every interaction. We trusted her implicitly to make the best decisions for her and to provide her with everything she needed, both emotionally and physically.
Our daughters love for Lisa is palpable, and our eldest daughter, adores her just as much. Lisa has become an integral part of our family not only as a nanny but also as a babysitter for both girls, which both of them eagerly look forward to.
Lisa is truly an extraordinary caregiver, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to any family seeking the best care for their children.

Lisa looked after our child on a part time regular basis, between the age of 10 to 18 months, at which point we no longer needed as much support due to changes we made to our schedules. I would highly recommend Lisa - she was fantastic with our toddler, enjoyed entertaining him both in and outside of the house, and supported his meal time and nap routines. She was also very responsive and flexible, as we sometimes needed her help at short notice.

Lisa is fantastic and was great with our then 1 year old. She had a brilliant rapport with our little one to the point our little girl was so excited when it was days with Lisa . Thoroughly recommend Lisa,

Lisa has helped me out with babysitting at such short notice over the last few months. She is amazing with little one who is 14 months old, keeps her entertained through the day or evening carrying out bedtime routines. Lisa is an effective communicator, always punctual, polite and generally a lovely friendly person. I feel at ease knowing my little one is in safe hands.

Lisa is amazing, she kindly baby sat my 4 children with ease. I have nothing but praise for her enthusiasm, kindness and capabilities. The children loved her so much they are asking when she can babysit again.
I highly recommend Lisa, my youngest child is 3 and very shy, she made her feel instantly comfortable and safe.

My boys, 2 & 4, can't wait for the days they get to spend with Lisa! She always involves my boys in decisions about what fun thing to do that day. Lisa is kind and considerate towards their needs, excellent at sorting out their squabbles gently, and mindful about healthy snacks and meals. She provides flexibility for the adults but structure for the kids, and would be an assett to any family. Her end of day notes are also amazing!

Lisa has been simply fabulous since she started with us. She’s relaxed and confident with my two small girls (2 & 4yrs) and they love her - “Lisa my best friend”, Emily age 2. “She’s nice, she’s pretty and I love her, she’s the bestest nanny in the world world”, Annabelle age 4.
I couldn’t recommend Lisa highly enough.
