About Me

Hello I’m Carrie, I’m an Ofsted registered Childminder living in Honiton.
We are an active family who all enjoy spending time outside.
My aim as a childminder is to provide a quality childcare service to parents/carers and children. every child is an individual and I want to support every child to work within their own interests, strengths and abilities to help them develop and learn.
I like to access the wider community with regular outings to local parks and other local attractions. I think it is very important for children to spend time outside so we will have lots of fun walking in the woods, taking trips to the beach to paddle our toes and seeing what we can find on treasure hunts in the park. I also have a large garden with a safe, enclosed decked area so we can enjoy being outside every day.

My Experience

I have previously worked as a teaching assistant, for nearly twenty years and have looked after children in many different roles throughout my career.
I decided I wanted to work as an childminder and provide care based around the individual, using their interests and ideas in planning the activities we follow

My Fees

Childminding from £5.50 per hour

I charge per £5.50 per hour and this includes all snacks and drinks throughout the day.
