My Experience

I am a qualified social worker with 7 years post qualifying experience working with disabled children and their families. I have previous experience of working in a day centre for children with additional needs. I also have copious babysitting experience.

Having decided to move away from social work, I started a nannying / housekeeper position in February 2020 with three young children. This role involved sole care of the children, supporting their learning and development, preparing them healthy meals and snacks, taking them to and from school, taking them to activities and supporting play dates, as well as housework including the full house clean and ironing.

I started another nannying position in April 2020 with a 4 year old and 2 year old, which involved homeschooling the 4 year old, taking both children out to the park, preparing them healthy snacks and meals and planning fun activities for both children, changing nappies and supporting toilet training.

I currently have a position which I started in July 2020 caring for two children aged 4 and 11. I will be doing school drop offs and pick ups so am available between 10am and 2pm, also looking for a role with more hours if the right position comes along. I am available for additional babysitting on evenings after 7pm and on weekends.

My Qualifications

Ba (hons) social work
4 a levels In psychology, socialogy, English language and literature and religious studies
10 GCSEs a-c including child development
