We found Lisa last minute as we were needed help with our 9 year old daughter while I was travelling overseas for work. From the beginning she was super professional and an excellent communicator. Our daughter instantly clicked with her, and had a great time. Lisa was great at keeping our daughter entertained and also helped with school drop off / pickup and dinner/bedtime routine.
