I had agreed with Paula that she would babysit my son for a day. On the day, she did not show up at the agreed time and did not respond to my messages, neither did she pick up the phone. Eventually my husband had her on the line and she told him she had forgotten and then hung up on him. We found her behaviour very unprofessional and would not recommend her.
