My Requirements

My Husband and I are both police officers working shifts, our working pattern is over 4 weeks so we are looking for a flexible childminder who can take care of our lovely baby boy when I return to work in September. Our baby will be 10 months old. Ideally due to our shifts we will need childcare on different days each week so we can spend as much time with him as we can on our days off, although the days will be different each week they will be the same every 4 weeks.

At the moment we are unsure of our exact days/times as we need to sit down and work out what is going to be best for our family, but it is likely to be 3/4 days a week.
