*Looking for regular part time childcare/nannying/babysitting*
I have worked within childcare since I was 17 and am now 31 with my own beautiful little girl. Providing quality, safe, warm and loving childcare is what I do best.
I have spent the past 4 years raising my very own little bundle of joy whilst taking on part time and temporary roles when needed for local families.
My daughter now attends full time school meaning my availability has increased.
I would describe myself as friendly, caring, attentive (yet always professional) and am very enthusiastic and adaptive; I can be the fun big sister type, the firm rule setting type or anything in between! My passion lies in childcare and caring for others; I find helping and witnessing children grow, progress, explore, learn & play so fulfilling and inspiring.
I have my own home, my own car, a full driving license as well as a current DBS and Public Liability Insurance and am a non smoker.
I work on a self employed basis but am more than happy to have my accountant or the families draw up contracts.
HISTORY
I started off part time after gaining my qualifications in college and whilst working a full time job in a variety of places throughout the years, trying to find the career path that made me happy but unaware that nannying could be it. I finally made the decision to put my all into nannying and make it my full time job in 2018 and it was the best decision I made! I have worked with some incredible families and never been so happy and content in a job as I have been when I’m nannying!
My Experience
I have approximately 12 years experience within childcare including live in and live out nannying, full & part time childminding, general babysitting, nursery/daycare work and respite care for children and young adults with SEN requirements.
I have provided care in a variety of settings for babies, children & young adults (3 months old to 18 years old). I now also have the experience of having my own child and am very confident in my experiences with newborns.
I am a qualified Health & Social Care Practitioner with a Level 3 Extended Diploma. I also have an outstanding amount of hands on experience with a variety of specifics such as Developmental Milestones, EYFS and Complex Medical/SEN Needs.

My Availability
I am preferably currently looking for a childminder-like role, so caring for child/ren within my own home. We have a lovely garden and a whole playroom both full of fun toys and learning aids.
Please feel free to note down my number and call for last minute/emergency care also. I know how hard it is to find appropriate childcare last minute and am often available at short notice. I have access to an abundance of types of car seats and buggies due to my sister and mother also being in the childcare industry.
