I am an Irish Nanny and Maternity Nurse who loves working with children. I have a keen interest in art and travel and love when I can combine my interests with my work with children. I have been to over 70 countries and travelled with families as an Overseas Nanny. I love creating sensory activities for babies and children.
My Experience
I have over 11 years international childcare experience working with newborns to 17 years in a range of different settings. I love working with children, creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment for them. I am kind and caring, and I enjoy messy play, sensory activities and outdoor play. I have experience working in a Nursery in the baby room (4 months to 2 years), and I have experience working as a Nanny in Paris, Monaco, Ireland and Barcelona. I have experience with bottle feeding, potty training, cooking, weaning, babysitting, homeschooling, ski trips, yacht trips, sole charge, shared care, proxy parenting and twins.
My Qualifications
I have a BA Honours degree in Social Care Practice, this course focused on Child Developmental Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy, Family Law, etc. I have a level 3 Maternity Nurse certificate and a FETAC Certificate in Art, Craft and Design. I am Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid trained. I also hold a TEFL certificate.
