I have a huge passion for working with children , watching them develop and grow. Being able to be a part of their growth process is amazing. I have over 7 years experience in childcare.
I was previously a Room leader in a private nursery working with children aged 1 1/2 to 3 years,the baby room and preschool. It’s been a fantastic experience working with different ages groups as I was able to develop my skills to offer a better childcare experience.I was a nanny of 4 wonderful little girls aged 11,8 and 5 year old twins . I was in my nanny role for the nearly 4 years.
A child and parents happiness and comfortability is very important to me so I pride myself in giving 100 percent each time. I’ve got the right level of experience and enthusiasm to be successful in each role.

My Experience
As a room leader it was my job to care for the children in my care and ensuring my room was ran properly . I got them ready for the day, activities, food prep and sleep time. I taught them through play and spoke to them regularly to help them expand their vocabulary.
As a nanny i had sole care for the 4 little girls i looked after . School drop off and pick ups, activities, homework and food prep. As a babysitter i have done overnight stays , activities , varied age groups , and multiple children .
Throughout my childcare career I have built great relationships with the children, parents and families that i have worked with.
I am first aid qualified , DBS checked.

Renee watches our son on a weekly basis and has been fantastic. He loves playing with her. She is great in communication before an agreed babysitting session. She's super easy to talk to and has a deep background in childcare. She was the first person we left our son with and she helped us ease into leaving him with someone new (as a new mum this can be quite emotional). Now, I can fully rely on her and trust that my son is in capable hands!
We feel very grateful to have her in our lives and I can highly recommend her!

Renee babysat for our 2 children (1 and 3 years old) while we lived in the UK for 18months. She was extremely reliable and trustworthy. Renee quickly built a great rapport with the kids and they loved her. I would definitely recommend Renee to others.

Renee is a wonderful babysitter who our daughter loves. She is warm, friendly, patient, reliable and responsive. Our daughter always looks forward to her visits. We feel lucky to have found such a great babysitter and would not hesitate to recommend her to other families.

Dear all,
It's with much pleasure that I'm able to recommend Renee as a babysitter. She has been with my family for over two years now and watched my two children (ages 6 and 12 at present) regularly each week for 3 to 4 days a week, and she always has been a joy to work with.
Renee is so trustworthy. I had no problems at all.
I knew I can rely on her. Renee always been there on agreed days and consistently arrived at school to pick my children up, and also she always arrived at our home on time, ready to engage with my kids, with a smile on. She's kind, compassionate, and intelligent. My children really look forward to spending time with Renee they also look up to her as a role model. Renee is still currently working with us approximately 2 to 3 evenings a week as and when needed basis. Renee has never let me down. I have total confidence in her.
Renee is fully certified in First Aid, and has also considerable amount of experience with children. Renee has find the way to helpme out with childcare when school has not been able to provide school club for my younger child just In the recent October holiday. Renee is flexible and transparent. Renee ensured my children are fed, comfortable, and safe in her care. Renee ensured my children's needs are met physically and educationally. When my children had any homework I was sure it gets completed. Renee ensured my children will get to bed on time after a nice bath, and My children always had a good story prior to sleeping. My children are happy to spend time with Renee and I always have a peace of mind when my children are with her. Renee also took my children out for social activities when ever the opportunity was given.
