I have three gorgeous boys - aged 5, 2 and 1. Both my husband and I work from home and we home educate our eldest (we will our younger children too).

We’re all very bubbly, creative and fun! We love long woodland walks, getting muddy in the garden and dancing silly to music together.

My Requirements

Regular work-
We are looking for someone to come to our home to look after the younger two while I take our eldest to clubs on a Thursday and a Friday evening.
Thursday 3pm-5pm
Friday 4.30pm-6.30pm

Regular hours/days will increase over time as our needs increase.

Adhoc-
Babysitting/childcare for us on evenings when required.
This may be just to give me respite so I will still be at home but I will be out of your way.
We may want last minute childcare - we don’t expect you to be free every time but just ok with us asking fairly last minute.

We would like our eldest to have some 1:1 tutor time on either a Monday or a Friday - happy to discuss times.
Our son has (undiagnosed but in the process of) ADHD and he struggles with staying on task/gets distracted easily, so it would require someone with patience and understanding. We are happy for him to learn at his own pace and there is no pressure from us.

Our boys are very energetic, so they need constant stimulation/entertaining. They love the outdoors and playing different games, especially arts&crafts/messy play. We are lucky to have a nature reserve right outside our garden gate - so wellies are a must! We hope to have another baby in the not too distant future so we need someone who is ok with looking after multiple young children at one time.

Ideally I’m looking for someone to be “mothers help”, we’re very hands on parents but sometimes we could do with an extra set of hands or a break!
I would really appreciate someone to help me keep on top of the household tasks. Dinner for the children or nursery lunches made for the next day, beds changed, clothes put away, things like that.
With young children around we do not expect a sparkling house (it would be impossible!!) but we would like to have someone who can use their initiative and do odd things as they go along - if time and the children allow!

We struggle to let people care for our kids when we’re not around but we would love to find someone who can become part of the family and get to know our life/routine and our needs at home so we can build up that trust.
