Katie is an amazing childminder. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control our little one was only with Katie for a short period of time but he absolutely thrived in her care. He enjoyed days out with Katie to forest school which he loved and lots of exciting activities with Katie at home. She treated Freddie like her own and made a home from home environment for him, it made my return to work post maternity leave so much easier knowing he was in safe hands.
We have baby no 2 on the way and we are hoping Katie has some availability for when this little will need childcare. Would recommend her to anyone!

A truly great childminder is hard to find, difficult to part with and impossible to forget.
Katie helped our daughter grow from a quiet 23 month old baby to a happy, outgoing rising 3 year old.
Our daughter has been with Katie, for a school year (9 months) 2 days a week from 08.30 - 4.30pm and always came home wanting to return!
Katie is fantastic at Arts and Crafts, we are always amazed at how imaginative the works of art are that were sent home. She is super thoughtful and we were delighted to receive a mixture of Easter, Valentines, Birthday and Christmas cards, cakes and presents (appropriate to the time of year) for my husband and I packaged up from our daughter.
Most weeks Katie took our daughter to Forest school which was a great hit! Other outings have included a beach day, library visits for a sing-along classes, a local farm with a great playground.
Katie regularly does baby / toddler yoga with them, and sings with the children giving them different instruments to use.
We were always updated regularly throughout the day with whatsapp pictures, photos of what was offered and eaten and sleep times etc.
My daughters days were filled with a mixture of developmental tasks and free play.
Katie is kind, nurturing, thoughtful, patient, caring and so much more providing a home-from-home and any child in her care is extremely lucky.

Katie looked after my son and daughter from 8 months old; my son for 4 years and my daughter for 2 years.
Katie offers a truly warm, compassionate home from home in which my children have truly thrived. She has helped mould them into polite and clever little people. I thought I would struggle finding someone I trusted to care for my babies when I returned to work, but it was apparent very quickly that I had nothing to worry about with Katie. I’m so sad she has moved on to a new area, but any children in her care will be very lucky!
