I am a nurturing, enthusiastic, and experienced individual with a diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning, and currently working in an Early Years setting.
I am passionate about helping children and young people build independence, confidence and curiosity - treating every moment and interaction as a chance to learn and grow. I believe that every child should be valued, heard and seen with care tailored to their unique needs and differences, enabling to shine in their own way.
My strengths revolve around using creativity, play, props, story telling and hands-on activities to further build imagination, enhance communication / language and making exploring a fun and joyful experience. I am naturally a very organised, calm and patient person and take pride in contributing towards the growth of the next generation.
On a more personal note, I’m a proud ‘Bun Mum’ to Spooky, my cheeky one-year-old bunny who definitely keeps me on my toes! I enjoy long walks in nature, watching documentaries, non-fiction reading, anything that fuels personal growth and development, spending time with family and friends and I am also a huge David Attenborough fan (I own a very big collection of his books!)
My Experience
I’ve worked extensively across toddler and preschool settings as well as primary school settings, holding senior roles such as Room Manager, Development Coordinator, and Third in Charge.
My experience spans across a wide range of areas and varied responsibilities, some of which include, being a teaching assistant, planning engaging weekly activities aligned with the EYFS Framework and Birth to 5 Matters, tracking developmental progress, and fostering strong partnerships with families. I’ve mentored staff, led performance reviews, and created inclusive learning environments where children thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively.
I’ve supported over 30 children in articulating cultural awareness through inclusive circle times, helped 97% of my key children exceed EYFS prime area benchmarks, and successfully identified early signs of SEN in multiple children - leading to tailored support and EHC plans.
I’m confident in creating inclusive environments where children feel safe, happy and are comfortable to be themselves and flourish. I pride myself in having a deep commitment to children and young people’s welfare and development in every setting I work in. Supporting children and families isn’t just my job – it’s my passion and purpose!
My personal experience, outside of the workplace setting, includes babysitting children of all ages, looking after younger family members and friends’ children, mastering bedtime routines, mealtimes, and everything in between. These everyday moments have deepened my understanding of what families truly need - reliability, warmth, and someone they can trust to care for their little ones as if they were their own.

I'm available most weekdays from around 7.00 - 7.30pm, with overnight availability on Friday evenings.
I'm available all day on weekends, and this also includes overnight.
