About Me
We are a family of four and live in Queen’s Park (NW6). I am Australian and my husband is Czech. We have two sons, 7 and 3.5 years old.
My Requirements
We are looking for an energetic and caring nanny to look after our two young boys. In particular, we are looking for a nanny to work with us 5 days a week from 2 or 3pm to 6.30pm, with the option to cover until 10.00pm one evening. During holiday times, it would be great to flex up to also cover 7-10am in the mornings, or even full days if preferred. Live out basis only and driving licence would be helpful.

It is my pleasure to review Eva. Eva joined us in August 2019 and worked with us four days a week as the sole charge nanny for our son. My son was 7 months old when Eva joined us and had only just begun eating solid foods so Eva led
the weaning process, not to mention established good sleep patterns for him (as I had previously
tried to do this, but unsuccessfully).
Eva was an absolute delight – we couldn’t have asked for more from her (and we certainly know her very well as we have all been working from our home together since March this year due to Covid-19 working from home arrangements). First, our son clearly adores Eva – they have a very special bond. I know this is also the case with the children of previous families who she has looked after as these families still reach out to catch up with Eva from time to time as their children miss her (as I’m sure our son will). Second, Eva is great at ensuring our son develops to meet key milestones and arranges numerous fun activities, play dates and outings for him to help achieve this. They are often (most days) out and about together socialising with other children. Often she will arrive on a Monday with a box of arts and crafts for them to tackle together – I am amazed by how excited (and focused) my son is when undertaking these art projects. He clearly gets a lot of enjoyment from them, not to mention develops good motor skills. Eva also loves to read to our son – they often spend a couple of hours over the course of the day reading together, depending on my son’s interest (and so, much to my delight, he’s developed into a bookworm). Last, Eva is very dependable and reliable – she is never even a minute late and (very, very) rarely takes any sick days. It’s clear that Eva loves her job.
I could go on and on about the positive attributes that Eva has, but essentially the summary is that I could not think of a better nanny to have looked after our son. I would definitely not hesitate to hire her again and would gladly recommend her to my closest friends and family.
