Strong knowledge of child development, age-appropriate activities and emotional support
Confident with establishing routines (sleep, feeding, potty training, behaviour)
Experience with multiple children and siblings, including helping families adapt to a new baby
Excellent communication and collaboration with parents
Calm, patient and responsible in emergency or high-pressure situations
Organised, reliable and proactive with daily schedules and household tasks
Ability to build strong, trusting and long-term relationships with families
