About Me
I am a bubbly, energetic, lovable 19 year old with a passion for working with young children. I left school after my GCSES and done a 2 years of beauty in Dungannon, unsure what field I wanted a full time career in, but knowing I loved kids. I decided to apply to work at a summer camp in America this year and after spending the summer looking after kids full time, I am positive I want a career in nannying young children and am currently enrolled to study social studies in college this year. I consider myself a reliable and trustworthy character and can be flexible with my working hours outside of college. I want to make a positive impact on kids lives and help them progress in my care, while proving I can be a great Nanny to your kids!
My Experience
I have a lot of experience looking after my little sister (now 9,) from birth, as well as babysitting younger cousins etc as a young teenager. I’m just back from working at a summer camp in Ohio from May - August where I looked after kids from ages of 4-8 typically, for a week and making sure they were having loads of fun from wakening in the morning to going to bed at night. During my GCSE child development I also performed a child study where I spent a lot of time with a 2 year old and watched her progress through her developmental milestones over a course of 6 months.
My Qualifications
I have a GCSE qualification in Child Development in which I actually achieved top of my class, and I got my first aid qualification while working in America
My Availability
I am about to begin a course in social studies and as of right now I don’t have a set in stone timetable, however my course is supposed to run 16 hours a week over a course of 3 days and I am fully flexible outside of those hours, before and after class
