I had hired Shannon for a very simple pick up/ drop off job for my children. It left her with an open schedule for other jobs until my children needed to be collected. There were a few missed morning collections due to her child being ill. And then I was ghosted for a week. Which I then had to rearrange my work schedule and my child care arrangements with my ex in order to compensate her non communication. When she did finally get in touch, I had already sorted the week. When I returned from my christmas holidays she refused to answer any texts or phone calls and still has my house keys which she hasn't returned.
