Sherma helped take care of our daughter for a period of several weeks in October and November 2019. Our daughter was approximately 8 weeks old when we started working with Sherma. We were exhausted and were not able to get our daughter on a regular schedule, she was still waking up every 2 hours at night. Sherma was instrumental in helping us establish a regular routine with our daughter at night and during the day and helped teach us many many best practices for regular sleeping, soothing, feeding and playing. Our daughter now sleeps longer stretches at night and it’s able to sleep and soothe herself. Sherma was very warm in caring for our daughter, singing to her, talking to her and treating her with love.

Sherma also taught me how to pump and encouraged us to start a milk bank. Which I am very pleased to have. Sherma also taught our daughter how to take a bottle and taught us how to calm her down and make her go to sleep by herself.
