About Me

Hi, my name is Amelia, I am a class teacher, currently working in a SEN primary school. My specialisim is phonics. I have been a teacher for 9 years, but worked with children and young people with additional needs for a great deal of time. I have gained skills and knowledge supporting children with autism, adhd, global delay, speech and language communication needs, pda and behavioural needs. I am an enhanced Makaton signer. I am currently teaching in KS2 class, but have a wealth of experience in early years foundation stage, KS1 and core subjects of the national curriculum.

As above. I hold a full DBS, first aid certificate, fire safety, Epi - pen, epilepsy training. Makaton sign.
