About Me
Hello, I’m Stacey Childminder and owner of Tiny Tulips Childminding.
I’m delighted to share that from September 2025 we will have spaces available as I return from maternity leave .
To make this next chapter even more special, Tiny Tulips is expanding with the support of two enthusiastic and caring assistants – bringing even more energy, creativity, and love into our setting.
We provide a nurturing, play-based environment for children aged 0–3, with a strong focus on outdoor learning, curiosity, and fun.
I’m an Ofsted registered Childminder with over 15 years of Early Years experience. I began childminding 8 years ago and, since moving to Cirencester from Ashton Keynes two years ago, I’ve loved building strong connections with local families and exploring the local area with the children in my care. I was recently re-inspected by Ofsted and am proud to have been graded GOOD in all areas once again.
At Tiny Tulips Childminding, I offer a homely, nurturing environment with a dedicated playroom and a large enclosed garden, complete with a slide, sandpit, and mud kitchen. The children also enjoy plenty of outings – from parks and nature walks to local toddler groups – making every day full of adventure and learning through play.
I hold a Level 4 in Advanced Childminding and a Level 3 in Childcare and Education, alongside paediatric first aid, advanced safeguarding, and a range of up-to-date professional training.
At home, I live with my husband, our two daughters (aged 12 and 10), our new baby (3 months old), and our friendly Labrador – so family life and children are truly at the heart of everything I do.
My Experience
With over 8 years of experience as a registered childminder, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to caring for little ones. Before starting Tiny Tulips, I worked in a nursery where I progressed to Head of Babies, supported families as a private nanny, and nurtured young learners as an Early Years Practitioner in a preschool. Alongside my professional journey, I’m also a proud mum to three wonderful children – giving me both professional expertise and real-life parenting experience.

My Availability
I offer flexible childcare options to suit each family’s needs – whether that’s all-year-round care, term-time only places, or holiday cover. I also provide wraparound care from Watermoor Preschool and other local preschools, helping to make childcare simple and stress-free for busy families.

When Stacey looked after our 5 month old daughter we felt very content that she would be safely looked after by a qualified and trustworthy individual. Our daughter was extremely smiley when she first met Stacey and throughout the course of the evening Stacey provided us with updates (naps, feeds, moods) which left us feeling very reassured.
I would highly recommended Stacey.

Our 3 year old son was looked after by Stacey and he settled in very quickly withe her. She has a nice house and garden for the children to play in and he had a very nice time. would highly reccomend.

Stacey nannied for us for a year from September 2014. She was absolutely fantastic. Right from the start our little girl loved her and she made the process of returning to work a lot less stressful, knowing that my daughter was being so well looked after. It is clear that Stacey really enjoys her work and put a lot of effort into putting together interesting, fun, and educational activities to do. She meal planned and created a huge variety of home cooked meals. Stacey is a reliable, sensible person and we wouldn't hesitate at all in highly recommending her to anyone who wants a caring, energetic carer for their child.
