I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the conduct of a nanny named Julie, who recently had a trial with our family.
Initially, everything seemed to go smoothly during the trial period, and we had discussions regarding payment and the days she would be working with us. However, to our dismay, Julie let us down on the very day she was supposed to start.
This sudden and irresponsible behavior is deeply concerning, especially considering the unique needs of our family. Both of my boys are autistic, and any disruption to their routine can be particularly challenging for them. Waiting until the last minute to inform us of her inability to fulfill her commitment is not only unprofessional but also extremely distressing for us as parents.
In light of this disappointing experience, I would like to leave negative feedback regarding Julie's conduct to prevent other families from encountering similar issues.
