About Me
Hello, my name is Anneysia Chentouf, and I am a registered childminder with Ofsted. I bring over 22 years of experience in the childcare sector, and I am passionate about providing children with the very best start in life.
I am happily married to my husband, Ricardo, and we have four wonderful children – Aliyah (16), Maryam (10), Ismail (9), and Ibrahim (3) – all of whom are in full-time education. We also share our home with our friendly cat, Diamond.
Our home is a safe, warm, and welcoming environment, designed with children in mind. We have a dedicated playroom with excellent, child-friendly facilities, and all of my provisions are fully Ofsted approved.
I pride myself on being a caring, responsible, and dedicated childminder who places children’s wellbeing, learning, and happiness at the heart of everything I do.
My key goal is to ensure that children in my care feel safe, secure, and confident, while also encouraging them to flourish in their development. I believe that the early years are the most important stage of life, and with the right support, children are given endless opportunities for the future.
I focus on:
• Creating consistent and supportive daily routines
• Encouraging children to grow, learn, and develop through play and exploration
• Organising both fun and educational outings
• Providing a positive environment where children feel valued and nurtured
I offer a wide variety of outings and activities designed to support children’s learning, creativity, and social development. These include trips to:
• The Science Museum
• The Natural History Museum
• The National Army Museum
• Battersea Park Petting Farm & Playground
• Pimlico Toy Library drop-in
• Childminder & parent sessions
I carefully monitor and record children’s progress using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, which is a government guideline for early years practitioners.
Each child has their own learning journal, which includes:
• Weekly observations
• Photos of activities
• Links to EYFS goals
• A record of progress and achievements
This ensures that parents are always kept informed of their child’s growth, learning, and milestones.
Healthy Eating
I believe children thrive on nutritious food. Meals are home-cooked, healthy, and balanced. Snacks include fresh fruit, and drinks are water or milk. Weekly menus are available so you always know what your child is eating.
Children in my care are treated as part of the family. My home is safe, warm, and welcoming, offering a relaxed atmosphere where children feel secure and happy.
I believe strong communication between parents and childcare providers is key. I will keep you updated on your child’s progress, daily activities, and milestones, and I am always available to discuss any concerns.
?
? I look forward to welcoming you and your child into my childcare family!
My Experience
I have over 22 years of experience in childcare, having worked as both a Nursery Assistant in a well-established Central London preschool and as a nanny. My childcare is based on a “home from home” approach, where children are cared for as part of the family.
I am a member of PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years) and was rated “Good” in all areas at my most recent Ofsted inspection. I am committed to ongoing learning and development, with the aim of achieving “Outstanding” at my next inspection.
Your child will be cared for in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports their individual needs and development.
