very happy!

Nicole has been looking after our two boys (3 and 6) after school two days a week for a couple of months and we are very impressed with her. Before she started and we were arranging meeting up she was always very prompt in replying and accommodating to meet up whenever. She was more than happy to do a few settling in sessions where she came to the house while we were all there and played with the boys. The boys quickly warmed to her and really enjoy her company and look forward to her coming and looking after them. She is happy to discuss changes in schedule and even looked after our youngest at very short notice (the day of) when he was too ill to go to nursery so I could still go to work for a bit which was a lifesaver! She gives the boys snacks and cooks them dinner and is also happy to take them out for trips to park or softplay. I would happily recommend Nicole and would be happy to chat more with anyone who is interested in employing her.
