About Me

Hello, I am Lavdie.

For the last 13 years I have been working as a nanny, both full time and part time for many families located in the East Dulwich and Herne Hill areas. I have been fortunate enough to have formed many wonderful connections during my time as a nanny and my services go beyond just childcare. Having been a chef before being a nanny, I not only ensure that the children are fed and taken care of, I often cook meals for the entire family too.

Having 6 children of my own, 4 working adults and 2 currently attending university, I am well equipped in helping children of all ages and through all stages of their lives.

I have a full DBS check and am fully trained in First Aid. In addition to this, I have many references from different families that I would be happy sharing if you are interested in my services.

My Experience

Prior to being a nanny, I was a chef for 6 years and ran my own restaurant during that time.
For the last 13 years I have been a nanny, looking after children from as young as 6 months to as old as 15 years.
Not only am I a full time nanny, I am a babysitter too. This allows for shorter and more flexible hours of childcare if needed.

My Qualifications

DBS check and First Aid certificate and references.

My Availability

I am currently looking to work under contract on the weekends, 16 and above hours for the weekend are preferred.

My Fees

  • Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
  • Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)

I charge £20 an hour as a nanny, which is typically under contract.
I charge £18 an hour as a babysitter, typically not under contract and times I am needed may vary.
