About Me
I am 29, and have been living in Swansea since November 2019. I moved here from Norfolk with my 8 year old son.
My Experience
I obtained a degree in Primary Education back in 2015, however gave birth to my son soon after - so have not yet had a teaching position. Though this is the end goal. I have personal experience with children from newborn to age 8, through looking after my son and my niece & nephew. I also have been a Maths and English tutor for a company called Explore Learning, which worked with children aged 3-13. While studying at University, i also worked for a family in London as a nanny. This was for 2 children aged 5 & 7, and included a wide range of tasks such as collecting from school; taking to swimming lessons; cooking; cleaning; bathing; reading and homework help; and days out in the holidays.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in primary education, a recent DBS Check, and safeguarding training.
My Availability
I have a son in full time education; which is roughly 8:50am - 3:20pm. So ideally, my availability would be during the school day. However, my availability is flexible, and I am more than happy to discuss any requirements with you directly.
