My name is Chloe, I am a Ofsted registered Nanny who is qualified in Level 3 for Children & Young People’s Workforce (Early Years Educator) and am based in Essex. I am First Aid trained and also have Safeguarding Training. My Experience
I started out as an apprentice in a nursery and once qualified I worked my way up to being a room leader and then eventually a deputy manager. I have experience being a Baby Room Leader and also Pre-School Room Leader.
I have experience being a Nanny, my first family was with twin boys who were a year old when I started, my day began with waking them up and my day ended with them being fed, bathed and in their pyjamas ready for bedtime and everything that goes in between! I ensured they got fresh air daily and I kept up to date with their development ensuring I was providing the appropriate activities and experience for them to thrive.
My current Nannying role is with a 2 year old and a 7 year old, I started working with them when them youngest was 8 months old. My day begins with getting them ready for the day, dropping the eldest at school and then through the day continuing to support the 2 year old development ensuring they are reaching their milestones, taking them to toddler groups and outside activities before then doing the school pick-up. I then support the eldest with his reading and writing homework from school then providing them with a dinner and bath, in their pyjamas before I leave for the day.
My current role is coming to an end due to the youngest joining a nursery, I am also currently working as a mentor/senior practitioner in a nursery, this is a bank staff position so I pick up hours where I can alongside my role as a Nanny as my current role is only Part-Time.
