Home-from-home, genuine love & care

We are so pleased to have found Caroline as our childcare. Entrusting someone with your children is one of the toughest decisions and we know we made the right one. Caroline cares for our children almost as if they were her own. She is professional, caring and enthusiastic and both our children (1&5) love being in her care. When they started a few months ago, she made every effort to learn about their likes, needs and interests and this formed a solid transition for them. Communication is good and we enjoy receiving updates about what learning themes and activities will be taking place and the lovely photographs that come after. Caroline's setting always seems to have a calm atmosphere and the children seem to get a balance of different activities within and outside of the home. She has formed good relationships with our children and has fostered this between the different children, too - she knows them all very well. Caroline listens to any updates, preferences etc. I may have regarding my children and I respect and trust all decisions she makes around their care and development.

Outstanding

My daughter has been with Caroline and her boys since the beginning of the year and she absolutely loves being there and most days does not want to leave. Caroline’s is like a second home and second family for my daughter and the care she receives is outstanding. When we met Caroline with her husband and children we knew they were the right fit for us and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. I would highly recommend Caroline.

Always shows genuine love, care and attention.

Caroline was our family Nanny looking after our 3 children aged from 6-months, 3 years and 5 years.
During the time Caroline was Nannying for us she devoted nothing but her time, protection and attention to our children and continually showed genuine love and care to them and her role too.

As a parent we always worry about what our children are doing and question ourselves if have we left them with the right people/person, are they safe, are they happy and are they being looked after how we would look after them as parents.... I/we never had to worry or ask ourselves these questions when our children were in Caroline's care. They were constantly being occupied, having so much fun and creating the best memories, and Caroline would treat our children and others like her own.
Our children were always so happy to be with Caroline, and they built such wonderful relationships with her children too.

Caroline's passion for childcare and genuine care and protection for children shines through.
We cannot highly recommend Caroline's childminding services enough.
