I am a kind, calm, gentle, patient, nurturing mature nanny with many years experience. Maternity nurse/post natal carer trained. who believes in working with parents to create an environment where the child is encouraged to talk and share without fear of being judged or being unheard. It is important to talk and by working together, we can create that change and help build a kinder society. Children should be given opportunities to experience a rich language environment, to also develop their confidence skills by expressing themselves and to speak and listen in a range of situations. Children develop and learn during their childhood. Every child deserves a secure, good, safe and happy childhood. Children learn to be strong and independent through positive relationships and being taught life skills and working with the parents in providing that home environment that re-affirms to the child that he or she is an important person in the world, where a child is allowed to grow in trust and confidence.
