We aim is to provide a home away from home experience with a safe environment for the children in our care and introduce them to the fun and educational atmosphere which we share with the children on a daily basis.
We support children’s development through a wide range of play and learning, preparing them in readiness for school. One of the core services we offer is partnership and collaboration with parent to ensure an excellent learning and development opportunities for children. This is because parent are very important figure in a child’s life. Therefore, we intend to support parent in nurturing their child by offering a wide range of learning opportunities, both inside and outside the home and also to encourage them towards independence as they learn and grow.
My Experience
Titilayo's professional background includes experience as a support worker in a Special Needs School, giving her strong insight into additional needs, inclusive practice and diverse learning profiles. Combined with the practical experience of raising her own children, she brings a balanced blend of professional expertise and personal understanding to her work with families.
Tomi brings strong organisational skills, educational insight and a commitment to high quality early years practice. She has completed key early years training, including Safeguarding, Understanding the EYFS and Paediatric First Aid, and continues to engage in ongoing professional development.
My Qualifications
Titilayo is a BSc graduate in Environmental Health, a qualified Early Years Educator, and an experienced Ofsted registered childminder with over six years of delivering high quality, inclusive and developmentally focused childcare.
As the Lead Childminder, Titilayo oversees all aspects of the business, including safeguarding, curriculum planning, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, health and safety, and partnership with parents. She leads with integrity, professionalism and a strong commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring that the provision consistently meets high standards and reflects best practice in early years education. she provides strategic leadership, oversees operational standards and ensures the delivery of safe, nurturing and developmentally rich early years provision.
Tomi is an MSc graduate in Business Management and Administration with previous experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant. She brings strong organisational skills, educational insight and a commitment to high quality early years practice. She has completed key early years training, including Safeguarding, Understanding the EYFS and Paediatric First Aid, and continues to engage in ongoing professional development.
As the Assistant childminder, Tomi supports the effective running of the setting through staff supervision, operational coordination, safeguarding compliance, curriculum support and positive engagement with families. She is valued for her professionalism, reliability and warm, child centred approach, making her a strong asset to the leadership team.

When I tell people about Valiant Champs, I describe Ms Titi as An Angel on Earth! My little one started going to VC at 7 months and it is the best decision my husband and myself made! I have never had to worry if my child is in good hands. She has helped us in the weaning process, she has helped in every developmental stage. Even as his mom , I have had to ask her questions on motherhood and she has allayed my fears about any worries I had.
The best thing she has done that melted our hearts was when our son was sick (not day care related) and we were on admission, she came to visit with gifts! That was the kindest thing ever.
Also throwing our son a party for his first birthday was so thoughtful! As a first time mom, you do not want to make a mistake picking a child minder and I’m so glad I was able to find Ms Titi on this platform!
I would choose her again and again!!!!

Our 21 month old son Caden has been at Valiant Champs since July 2025 and we're very happy with Tititlayo and her assistant. Caden loves going there every morning and I can see he's well taken care of. He sleeps great there too whereas he never napped at the nursery where he was before.
They do a lot of activities with them and I really appreciate that they have a book for each child where they write what they have done, how their day was, when they have peed pooped and what they've had for lunch snack and dinner.
On top of that, they're extremely reliable and so far there has not been one day when they couldn't take Caden, and it's easy to communicate with Titilayo. I also like that, because they are two, they have a little group of children that Caden can interact with. I really recommend her and her assistant.

This was my first experience with a childminder for my toddler and it was one of my best decisions in 2025. Titi accommodated my specific requests , I really appreciate her flexibility. My son absolutely loved being there, I had peace of mind while I was at work. She’s really dedicated to the kids and it shows in how she celebrates them. E.g my son’s birthday I sent in a cake and asked for pictures of my son with the cake , when she sent pictures I realized they had thrown this elaborate event together for my son , she didn’t have to. Things like that tell you about a person. It’s a shame we have to move and I wouldn’t be able to use her anymore.
If you’ve found her you’re lucky , you’re in a good place .

My daughter has been going to Valiant Champs since February 2025 and in tye few months she has been there we have seen a tremendous positive change. Her speech has developed, she is being potty trained and is enjoying interacting with other children. Titilayo and her team are amazing. I have peace of mind knowing she is well looked after whome I am at work.

As a parent, one of the best feelings you can ever have is knowing that you have a childminder who takes a very good care of your child. That peace of mind and happiness. That's what my wife and I experience each time we take our son to Valiant Champ. We've seen great development in the life of our son too. I highly recommend Valiant Champs to every parent who want the best place for their child(ren)

Really good childminder, my son loves it there and has build so many new skills with making friends, improved on his writing and maths skills. The space is very cute and homey and it will feel like a home away from home for your little ones.

Titilayo is excellent with children. My little one really enjoyed going to Valiant Champs. She really takes her time to help the child settle in and also provides extra assurance to you through daily communication and updates . I highly recommend her!

Valiant champ is the place to take your child if you want an all round experience for your child. My Son attends twice a week and I must say he loves going there.
The child minder also goes all out for the children and pays close attention to each child. All aspects of learning and fun is covered. No regrets whatsoever

Our two daughters have enjoyed the time with her. Every morning they were too excited to be with her. They learnt, danced, painted, read, played, singed songs. We recommend 100% Valiant Champs. Greetings fron Spain. We will miss you. Hope see you soon!!!
