About Me
We are a friendly family of five living in Hayes (Bromley) on a quiet residential street with great access to Hayes High Street and Hayes train station.
Our family includes three wonderful daughters: our eldest is 6 years old (attends school from around 8:00 to 16:00), and we have twin baby girls who are 6 months old. We are looking for someone who can join our family and care for the twins during the day while we work.
Your primary responsibility will be taking care of the babies, with some potential overlap with the 6-year-old. Main tasks will include: looking after the babies, entertaining them with age-appropriate activities, making their food, feeding, putting them to sleep for a nap, changing nappies, tidying after the babies, etc.
Typical hours would be ~30-40 hours a week spread over 5 days sometime between 9:00 to 18:00. We can be flexible here, so happy to discuss options.
Both of us work from home most of the time. Also, Dad’s schedule is flexible, so he is often available to help if anything.
What matters most to us - honesty, proactivity, enthusiasm in childcare, and a genuine love for small children.

Charlotte and her assistants have been amazing for our daughter who attended Charlotte's setting from 18-40 months. Charlotte has created a safe and happy environment for the little ones, where they are able to explore, play and learn. Since the first day, we were sure our daughter is in safe and caring hands. Our daughter loved going there every day and made really good friends with other children in the setting. It's been a few months since she is not attending the setting anymore, but she still misses Charlotte and talks very fondly about her.
