Amazing Childminder

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my 11-month-old daughter to Kelly, and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. Having only ever really been cared for by her parents, this was a significant transition for my daughter—and thanks to Kelly’s brilliance, it was seamless.

Kelly created a warm and nurturing environment that put both my daughter and me at ease. The daily routines were engaging and well-structured, incorporating a wonderful mix of activities. My daughter ate lovely home cooked meals and healthy snacks while with Kelly.

Kelly had taken my daughter on great trips out to places like The Hideaway and Forest School provided enriching experiences, fostering my daughter’s curiosity and love for nature. These activities were not only fun but also educational, contributing significantly to her development.

I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly to any parent seeking a caring, dedicated, and exceptional childminder. Kelly’s professionalism and genuine affection for the children in her care is evident in everything she does.

Amazing and nurturing

My little girl started going to Becky and Kelly just after her 1st birthday due to a tricky start at a nursery. From the minute she started, she settled instantly. It was a home-from-home environment and they would always do different activities including days out and a variety of playgroups which Lucy loved! Lucy stayed with Becky and Kelly until she started in Reception and was so sad to be leaving them, as was I that she was leaving them too. She would ask daily if she could go back and play. Lucy loves the fact that she still sees them in the playground now and always asks to go and talk to them. She has also mentioned a sleepover……! Becky and Kelly will always ask about Lucy’s progress in and out of school and are keen to continue the relationship with her.
The gift that Lucy received on her last day from her time with Best of Both Childcare was a photo book that included photos from her as a baby with them right up until her last day and a ‘graduation’ picture. This is something that can and will be kept for a lifetime. A lot of thought was put into her gift and Lucy looks at it most nights before bed.
I would definitely recommend Becky and Kelly to anybody looking for a local childminders.

Fantastic

I placed my son into a nursery setting when he first turned one. He was there for 8 months and didn’t settle once everyday was a battle of tears and being upset. Within 1/2 DAYS of him joining best of both he was settled right in! No tears at the door only when we pick him up and have to take him home! I feel so confident with him in there care as they treat him like there own I can have immediate communication with themselves and i know they will go above and beyond for my little boy! I highly recommend them both
