My Experience

From qualifying in 1999 I worked in a private day nursery for 6 years where I worked my way up to becoming the manager. I left in 2005 to become a nanny for 2 years before having my own children, I was lucky enough to stay at home until my youngest went to school. I then became assistant manager of a local pre school and soon after I set up and re opened another branch of that pre school as the manager, I managed this Pre school through a fabulous OFSTED inspection before setting up my own childminding business to fit in with my family where I achieved an OFSTED ‘outstanding’ rating.
I then moved onto working part time in a pre school locally as ‘Third in charge’.
I have attended many trainings during my years of childcare, including - level 3 speech and language, first aid, safeguarding, health and safety, food hygiene and Early years development courses, all of which I keep up to date.

My Qualifications

NNEB Diploma in Childcare, Hombased Childcare qualification, Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, ELKLAN level 3 speech and language support for 3-5's, Targeted safe guarding, Health and Safety.

My Availability

Ideally 9am-3:30pm weekdays but have some flexibility, available from January 2026.

My Fees
