I am a friendly, outgoing individual with a passion for caring. Helping people is my goal in life, and working with children is always something where I find my skills and personality traits suit me best. I am positive and happy, though I can also be mature when needed.
My Experience
I currently work at a day nursery with children aged 4 months to 5 years. I provide care and learning across all areas with a focus on the Montessori method of teaching. I am trained in Paediatric first aid and am able to perform all day to day routines
I have experience teaching young children (5-11) to animate using paper, lego and technology. I work closely with special needs children and offer one on one support.
I have volunteered at a local library to assist with arts/crafts projects
I have also mentored year 7 students to help them settle in to their new school. I helped with their issues and spoke one on one with each child.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 3 diploma in Early years, DBS certificate, a GCSE A grade (level 7) in English, maths and science. I have a B grade in A level media and product design and an A grade in A level photography
My Availability
Mostly available throughout the day, depending on travel.
