About Me
We are a loving and busy family of four living in Padbury Buckingham. Our eldest son, Dillon, is 4 years old and turning 5 in July. He is autistic and full of personality, with a unique way of seeing the world that makes him truly special. We also have a new addition to our family — his baby brother Leo,who is just 7 weeks old.
We’re a friendly, hands-on family and would love someone who can become a trusted part of our home life — someone calm, compassionate, and able to adapt to our routines.
My Requirements
We are currently looking for a nanny to support our family on occasional weekends and for special occasions, with care focused solely on our eldest son, Dillon, who is 4 years old and turning 5 in July. Dillon is autistic and requires someone with a warm, patient, and understanding approach who can meet his specific needs.
What We’re Looking For:
A nanny with experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), particularly autism.
Someone who is calm, reliable, and engaging, able to build a trusting connection with Dillon.
Available for occasional weekends and special events or outings.
DBS checked with relevant references.
Comfortable working independently within a home setting and following routines already in place.
We’re looking for someone who can truly understand and support Dillon’s world, and who will care for him with the same commitment and compassion as we do.
