Worked across all ages groups while being at Barming Primary School, I also help run clubs such as breakfast club, after school club and football club.

Roles- residential support worker
Responsibilities: Providing day to day care for 4 children between the ages of 8 and 18 years old . Promoting positive relationships within the home. Making sure the home is safe for the children at all times. Completing daily safety checks around the home. Completing daily and weekly reports for the young people within the home.

Heath farm school- December 2018- July 2021
Roles: Learning support assistant/ occupational link worker.
Responsibilities: Working with students with SEN such as ADHD, ASD and SEMH, working with students with in individual OT plans, students from nurture to secondary, using and supporting via the individual education plans, using the behaviour system to support the individual, mark students work under direction of class lead, to apply school policies on Child Protection, Health and Safety, Behaviour, Teaching and Learning, Equal Opportunities etc, to contribute towards reviews of the pupil’s progress, write positive and negative, safeguarding reports when required, to actively support and be fit for practice to follow/implement the ‘Restrictive Physical Holding’ (RPI) Policy of the school, this will include using agreed interventions to maintain the safety of all pupils and staff.

Roles: Customer assistant, team leader, fishmonger. Responsibilities: Customer assistant: Providing fantastic customer
service, working on tills, handling cash and card payments.
Team leader: Supervising, motivating, delivering fantastic customer service, helping with training and development, paperwork, handling complaints from customers and staff, ordering stock, building relationships, communicating.
Fishmonger: Setting up counter, working delivery of wet fish and prepack fish, preparing fish for customers when requested and for shelves, signing legal paperwork, cleaning as you go.

Riverside primary school- January 2012- June 2012 Role: Teaching assistant (agency)
Responsibilities: Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with ADHD, ASD and SEMH, in classroom and outside of classroom environment, supporting break-time and lunch activities.

Shears Green Infant School - September 2011- December 2011 Role: Teaching assistant (work experience)
Responsibilities: working with pupils from classes years R,1 and 2, working in small groups or 1:1, leading activities such as reading, phonics.
