after a few messages back and forth she confirmed the interest in our advertised position and convinced us she was a suitable candidate. 1h before our meeting she confirmed she will be attending the interview. then she went silent. not only she didn't show up, but she didn't even bother letting us know. incredibly inconsiderate, unprofessional and rude!

Our son spent nearly two wonderful years with Phoebe, Akos, and Esi — from 13 months old until just before his third birthday. Not once did we have any doubt about his happiness or wellbeing. He came home each day with a big smile, full of stories, and blossomed into a confident, kind, and joyful little boy.
From our very first visit, we were struck by how happy and cared for all the children were — surrounded by warmth, cuddles, and genuine attention. We had no idea we weren’t just choosing a childminder, but joining an extended family. Ray was truly nurtured by three loving “aunties” who supported him — and us — with so much care, flexibility, and heart.
We are forever grateful for everything they’ve done for our son and our family.
