I am looking for a nanny to help out with out boys aged 5 & 3 years. They are both happy smiley boys who are full of fun. Both have an Autism diagnosis, both struggle with communication. The eldest can communicate although is behind for his age, he particularly struggles around meeting social milestones. The younger is pre-verbal though is very physically articulate. I'd like some one 8-12.30, monday, wednesday and thursday but can be flexible for the right person. I'd also be able to consider some 8-4pm on those days if that person was also willing to do general household help in the afternoons as the littlest will be at nursery. I will need someone who can drive for drop offs and pick ups.
