My Experience

During my studies in level 3 childcare and education, I completed two-day weekly placements throughout both years — first in a local nursery, and then in a primary school. These placements gave me hands-on experience caring for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and reception-aged children, and helped me develop a strong understanding of early years development.

After finishing college, I worked as a nanny for a family with three children for a year before starting university. I then began a Child Nursing degree, where I completed two hospital placements in a children’s ward. This experience allowed me to work with children from newborn to 17 years old, supporting their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.

Following my studies, I returned to nannying and have now been working as a nanny for the past three years, gaining valuable experience and building strong, trusting relationships with the families I’ve worked with.

I am caring, patient, and reliable, and I always strive to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I enjoy supporting children’s learning through play, helping them reach milestones, and encouraging their confidence and independence.

I’m now looking to join a new family where I can continue doing what I love — helping children learn, grow, and thrive.

My Qualifications

Nine GCSEs including Maths and English, NCFE CACHE level 3 in childcare and education
Certificate of higher education in Health studies. I will have my paediatric first aid from November.

My Availability

I am pretty flexible and can work mornings, days and evenings as well as occasional weekends.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (net)
