With over 20 years of experience, our family-run setting provides a calm, caring and playful space where every child is treated as one of our own. We work in close partnership with parents, sharing regular updates and supporting each child’s journey every step of the way.
We’re a close-knit, passionate team who love what we do. Our home is filled with engaging resources. From books and puzzles to instruments, toys and a cosy reading corner and we make the most of our garden, which has a trampoline, sandpit and space to explore. Each day includes a mix of creative play, outdoor fun and hands-on learning. Children also enjoy regular outings to parks, libraries, drop-in groups and soft play, and trips to places like Willow Farm and local zoos to spark curiosity and build confidence.
In addition to daytime childcare, we offer flexible after-hours babysitting (Monday to Saturday) and 1:1 tutoring for nursery to secondary students. Tutoring is led by a qualified maths teacher and King's College London graduate with over three years’ experience. Sessions are personalised to meet each child’s needs, whether they’re building confidence or aiming higher.

My Experience
My name is Kashian Pindling, and I run our setting with my mother, Joan Dacres, alongside our trusted assistants. I began my childcare journey in 1999, working in a nursery baby room, which gave me a solid foundation in early years care. In 2005, we launched our family-run childminding business to offer a more personal and flexible alternative to nursery settings. Since then, we’ve supported countless families, caring for children from newborns to school age.
Joan and I are both Ofsted-registered childminders, each graded "Good" in our inspections. We share responsibility for the children in our care and are proud to offer a warm, consistent and inclusive environment where all children can thrive. We have extensive experience working with children and adapt our routines and activities to meet individual needs with care and understanding.
Our setting includes regular outings to parks, libraries, drop-in groups and soft play, along with planned trips to places like Willow Farm and local zoos. We use the BabyDays system to keep parents informed and involved by sharing daily photos, observations and comments, tracking development, and storing important documents such as contracts, permissions, accident forms, invoices and attendance records. This allows us to maintain clear communication and give parents real-time insight into their child’s day, especially during settling-in periods when support and reassurance are key.
My Qualifications
Our team holds a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, along with certifications in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection, and a Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering. We are Ofsted registered and have each been graded “Good” in our inspections. We are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance, and all team members have enhanced DBS checks.
My Availability
We’re open Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, with flexibility to accommodate parents’ needs where possible. After-hours babysitting is also available Monday to Saturday.
