My Experience
Au pair in Cannes, France looking after 8 year old twins - girl and boy. I would teach them english, piano and keep them entertained all day. I was responsible for cooking their meals, making sure their homework was done, taking them on little adventures, and reading and playing with them 6 days a week! They said I was their best au pair ever!
Au pair in Barcelona, Spain for a 2 year old boy and a 5 month old girl. I was mostly responsible for the babygirl, and took care of the household as well! I would accompany the mum to the son's preschool, helping her in the car, doing the shopping, cleaning and cooking for the family 5 days a week.
I also recently worked in a family home, helping to prepare the daughter for her school exams and doing the shopping, meal planning and cooking of healthy meals for the family during the week. Not to mention some casual baby-sitting experience with a 2 year old.
My Qualifications
First class degree from the University of Edinburgh in Sociology and Social Anthropology.
