About Me
I have a 5 year old that is slightly delayed with his communication, he does also have a lisp when he speaks which is super-cute, he's pretty to easy to understand and is very loveable.
He loves to cuddle and is very happy to play with his toys and is generally no trouble at all, Apart from the fact he may hound you for biscuits!(sugar fiend)
My 7 year old girl is very clever and creative.
She is suspected to have ADHD/Autism so struggles with certain sensory stuff but in general we're very organised in this house and cater well to her and her needs.
She is a whirlwind of laughter and hyperactivity, switching between preferring games and quiet and loving to interact and get the craft box out.
As siblings normally are, they usually wind each other up or they're inseparable.
They do have a very loving relationship and she likes to sing and play games with her younger brother.
We do have two very loving cats in our home, named Ronnie and Reggie.
They are not vicious in any way and both love fusses and attention.
We are looking for intermittent evening babysitter for work events on the weekend.
It will not be every weekend but now the children are slightly older we'd like to start socialising at non-child friendly events.
I may also need a daytime babysitter/childminder in the school holidays for appointments that I can't cancel.
I'd like someone that is DBS checked and preferably has some knowledge of first aid too.
It would be great if you have some knowledge or experience of dealing with a child on the spectrum too, but if now then as long as you are willing to learn and can be patient then that's fine.
We run our house on kindness, sarcasm, a healthy dose of good humour and caffeine(for the parents anyway).
Feel free to contact me with any questions or to show interest.
Many thanks!

We used Claire to watch over our two children aged 5 & 7.
She was wonderful, she played with them and even managed to get them settled on bed on time. We didn't expect the children to actually settle for someone else so this was a pleasant surprise!
One of my children has Autism/ADHD and my other boy is delayed and she was brilliant.
She was on time, polite, great with the kids and my two little ones really took to her.
Would definitely use her again!
This was my first time ever using a baby sitter and she put me at ease and was very down to earth.
Thanks Claire!
