Hello I’m Ruby,
A friendly, child-led, gentle nanny based in Somerset/wiltshire.
I love guiding children through all their milestones and feel most comfortable outside exploring!
I have a very gentle Montessori/pikler approach to nannying and believe children should be in a nurturing environment where they can push to reach their own personal potential.
My Experience
My experience in childcare started in a primary school with children of all capabilities and needs.
Working as a 1:1 and as a teaching assistant though out my apprenticeship has led me to achieving a distinction in level 3 childcare and educational studies.
After this I became a live in full time nanny in Wiltshire where my responsibilities consisted of proxy parenting as well as maintaining a clean organised environment, with general household tasks (laundry, cleaning, cooking etc…) I planned meals and activities for children ages 6 months - 5 years.
My Qualifications
5 GCSE’s grades 5 and above
Level 3 childcare and educational studies
My Availability
Depending on a live in or live out basis my work availability is varied.
My Fees
- Nannying from £11.00 per hour (gross)
Dependant on job roll.
