Experience with ASD & Sensory Needs
In my current and past roles and through my studies, I have gained significant experience supporting children with neurodiversity, specifically ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and sensory processing needs.
I understand how to work within EHCP frameworks and am comfortable managing "unpredictable" behaviours with a calm, analytical, and empathetic approach. I believe in using positive reinforcement and adapting my communication style to meet each child’s specific requirements.

My career has focused on both mainstream and specialised childcare:
- Montessori for Autism: Recently worked as a Teaching Assistant in a specialised Montessori setting for children with Autism.
- ASD Nannying: I have significant experience nannying specifically for children with ASD and sensory processing needs.
- Teaching & Tutoring: I have worked as an English Teacher in a nursery and as a private tutor for both children and adults. I am very comfortable providing academic support and homework help.
- Nursery Practitioner: My current full-time role keeps me up-to-date with EYFS standards and early years care.

- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £40.00 per hour

Primary (KS1/KS2) £40 – £50
SEN / ASD Specialist £50 – £65
Secondary (Soc/Psych) £45 – £55
Adult Learners £40 – £50
NANNY RATES
Evening Babysitting: From £18/hr
Active Weekend/Daytime Care: From £20/hr
SEN / Montessori-led Support: £25/hr
Rates may vary slightly depending on the number of children and specific requirements.
