About Me

I am a Ofsted registered childminder, I live with my husband and two children, both at primary school. I offer a home from home childminding setting, children are nurtured in a happy, safe environment, where they can learn and explore the world through play. I follow the early years foundation stage, planning activities around this so children have fun and develop to their full potential, including creative/messy play activities, being outdoors in our garden space and visiting the park and playing in the playroom with a variety of toys and educational resources. There are lots of green spaces around us, so lots of opportunities for nature walks and just being in the great outdoors. I offer a couple of free sessions to see if you and your child are happy that this is the right setting for you before you commit. I have over ten years experience working in the childcare sector with children aged 3 months to 8 years.

My Qualifications

I am Ofsted registered, DBS checked, hold a BTEC national diploma in nursery nursing, have just updated my training and hold certificates in; Paediatric first aid, safeguarding and delivering the EYFS.
