Dear Family,

My name is Bruna Maia and I am an experienced and dedicated childcare professional with over 12 years of experience in education and childcare. I am currently working as a nanny in the UK and I am seeking a long-term position where I can provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow and thrive.

Throughout my career, I have worked with children of different ages and backgrounds across Brazil, Ireland and the United Kingdom. My experience includes roles as a Primary School Teacher, Nursery Practitioner, Teaching Assistant (including SEN support) and most recently as a full-time nanny. This diverse background has given me a strong understanding of child development, behaviour management and the importance of building trusting relationships with both children and parents.

In my current role as a nanny, I provide sole-charge care, organise engaging age appropriate activities, manage daily routines and support children's emotional and developmental needs. I take pride in creating a structured yet warm environment where children feel secure, confident and encouraged to learn through play.

I hold an Enhanced DBS check and a Paediatric First Aid certificate, ensuring I can provide a safe and responsible level of care at all times.
