About Me
I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with over 20 years experience across KS1 and KS2.
I am currently a full time online tutor of children aged between 6 and 12. I offer a bespoke service to ensure everybody’s child receives exactly what they need to achieve their full potential.
I work via Zoom, I send out a welcome pack prior to starting online and send parents weekly planning prior to each lesson. If your child would benefit from some support with any aspect of school life please feel free to contact me for a no obligation consultation.
My Experience
I completed a 4 year education degree in 1991, I have taught in a range of schools in London and Leeds.
My subject specialism was English language and literature, I also completed a further 20 day maths course at Southbank university in London and went on to become maths subject lead in a large primary school in Leeds, supporting staff with planning and assessing children from 3-11. I provided staff training both in my own school and other local schools. I am fully trained in synthetic phonics especially Read, Write inc. I have done professional development to support my teaching of children with ASD and dyslexia.
I am currently a full time tutor working online to support a range of children.

B’Ed Hons in primary education -Lancaster University.
A Level English, History, General Studies
My Availability
having just released some new times, I am available between 10 am and 2pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I also have some tutoring spaces available on a Monday from 5.45-7.00,
Tuesday 4.30-5.30,Wednesday 5.45-6.45 and Friday 4.00-5.00.
