Part-Time Nanny / Mother’s Help – Ramsbury, SN8 ?
We’re looking for a kind, experienced, and proactive Part-Time Nanny / Mother’s Help to support our family life in Ramsbury. The core of the role will be helping with school pick-ups and taking our two boys (ages 6 and 4) to after-school clubs, with occasional early starts (from 6:30am) and school drop-offs. Extra hours will also be available during school holidays.
?Days/Hours: 4–5 afternoons a week, with the option of 1–2 mornings. We’re happy to be flexible for the right candidate.
??Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
? Extras: Additional hours available during school holidays, evening babysitting and occasional house/cat sitting.
We’d love to find someone who enjoys cooking and is happy to prepare healthy, home-cooked meals. Some light housekeeping, tidying, and family organising would also be part of the role.
Duties include:
?School pick-ups and after-school activity drop-offs
?Preparing healthy home cooked meals and snacks
?Nursery duties – keeping children’s areas, clothes, toys, and books tidy and clean
?Occasional deep cleaning of the children’s bedrooms
?Batch cooking (a bonus but not essential)
?Cat lover preferred – we have a very friendly 1-year-old silver tabby called Merlin
?Driving is essential – own car preferred (mileage reimbursed)
We both commute into London and also work from home a few days a week. It’s important to us that our nanny/mother’s help is warm, calm, and discreet – someone who feels part of the family but is confident working independently.
