Anna had my 12 month old boy for three weeks and then one day text me saying he wasn't eating much and so couldn't look after him. There was no different approach discussed such as me supplying him with food etc. I got the feeling Anna didn't care about my son and favoured the other little boy. I feel as though Anna would be better looking after older children who can entertain themselves. I am now left trying to find alternative childcare and keeping my job. Unprofessional and poor communication how Anna didn't call to discuss her concerns, just dropped it on me which came as a huge shock.
