Jo has been looking after our 11 month old daughter and we could not be more delighted with the service she has provided. I had been anxious about leaving my daughter with a childminder as because of covid we hadn't had many opportunities for her to be with adults she didn't know and mix with other children but Jo put us at ease providing settling in days and keeping us well-informed of how our little one was doing when we dropped her off. Now that she is settled in we've watched her gain confidence, have lots of fun indoor and outdoor play experiences, engage in new activities she hasn't had a chance to try before, enjoy being around other children (and a guinea pig!), form a lovely bond with Jo and most importantly she is obviously happy and relaxed when she is in her care. I feel completely confident that my little girl is safe and well-looked after when she is with Jo, she is treated as if she's a special little part of the family and I would happily recommend her in a heartbeat to other parents looking for a quality and caring environment for their child.
