About Me

Hello my name is Louise of Child's Play Childminding Svs. I am an Ofsted registered childminder / babysitter who provides a home from home, high quality childcare service for ages 0-11 years which includes full and half day care, wrap around care and also breakfast and after school club. I live and work with my husband Rob and my daughter Jade who are also Ofsted registered and our other two daughters, Scarlett who is 7 years old and Lily Mae who is 15 years old. We are located in a quiet residential area in Litherland, we live in a large semi detached house with a separate play room and very secure large back garden.
We are situated close to Hatton Hill Park and also Rimrose Country Park which is a haven for wildlife, we visit both on a regular basis and both are a firm favourite with our children, the children in our care all love the sense of freedom being outdoors in the natural environment provides.
Our home is smoke free at all times and I risk assess my home on a regular basis and have numerous policies and procedures in place to aid in safeguarding children's welfare. I am a full member of PACEY (Professional association for Childcare and Early Years)and I am fully insured. I was approved by Ofsted instantly with no actions or recommendations against me and the Ofsted inspector was very impressed with my qualifications, training, skills, knowledge and experience.

I follow all the requirements laid down by Ofsted and these will be discussed with you and you can come and visit my home.
You as parent/s are the fundamental part of your child's life and I will be functioning in a partnership with you to ensure we are constant in caring for your child therefore giving them the greatest possible care whilst meeting your child's individual needs.


My Experience
I work to the Early Years Foundation Stage Principles and use observations to help me to plan activities for individual children to progress through each stage of development at their own pace. As an Ofsted approved Childminder I am able to provide the Early Learning Care which covers the Early Years Foundation Stage for children aged 0-5 years. I am a member of the Liverpool Childminding Network which meets on a regular basis. This enables me to keep up to date with any Ofsted changes and access any training that is necessary to ensure I provide the best possible opportunities for all the children in my care to progress. Over the past five years I have completed a degree with honors in Education and Professional studies and I have worked in two primary schools and I have built very good, close working relationships with the children's parents/carers. This is very important to ensure we can all work together to help their child achieve to the best of their ability. Each child has their own individual diary as well as a development file. Both are shared with parents/carers.


My Availability
Days of work: Monday- Friday (negotiable)
Hours :- 8am to 5.30pm (negotiable)
School drop off/pick ups.
Wrap around care. Breakfast and After school clubs Available.
Babysitter for evenings and weekends.
